Hastings Caves
We'll take you further south along the coastal road and head towards Hastings Caves. (2hrs travel time one way) You will go 40 metres below the forest floor and get to check out the stunning dolomite formations on a 45 minute guided tour.
After lunch walk among the treetops, 40 metres above the forest floor before departing on the scenic journey home as you learn about the forests managed by forestry Tasmania under the Regional Forest Agreement. Before we take you back to your accommodation in Hobart we will drive to the Mount Nelson Signal Station where we get fantastic sights of Hobart and learn more about Tasmania's convict history.
